A Year in the Fulbright Life: Khoshee’s Story

For the next year, Fulbright MENA will be showcasing a handful of students as they study in the United States with their new series, A Year in the Fulbright Life. Each month, spotlighted students will share an update as they continue on their Fulbright journey.

February 2022

We had an election going on for the executive board members for the Fulbright Scholars at the University of Arkansas association, and I was elected to be Vice President! Our tasks are to guide new Fulbrighters and engage them with cultural activities, arrange indoor and outdoor activities for them, and help them with any questions they may have.

Khoshee is a 2021 Fulbright student from Iraq. She is studying Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Arkansas.
